We are excited to officially introduce your new Lone Oak Park HOA Board, inducted on June 30, 2026:
- Cory Stidger — President
- Roy Wood — Vice President
- Doug Dowler — Treasurer
- Alexa Stidger — Secretary
- Mark Hansen — At Large Board Member
Since stepping into our roles, we have been working diligently to assess the needs of Lone Oak Park and address several pressing matters. We know there is work to be done, and our goal is to make meaningful, responsible progress while keeping the long-term best interests of our neighborhood at the forefront.
Our immediate focus has been on community improvements and the HOA’s financials, while also taking a comprehensive look at the HOA as a whole—our responsibilities, current needs, processes, maintenance, and opportunities to better serve our residents and protect our community.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we get settled into our new roles and begin moving these projects forward.
July Financial Update
Treasurer Doug Dowler has completed the HOA’s financial report for July. Here is a brief snapshot of where we currently stand:
- Total Revenue: $10,714.39
- Total Expenses: $5,544.45
- Ending Balance: $270,399.87
While this ending balance may seem large, that has been established over the years to ensure we have the funds available for all needed road repairs in the future, which can/will be very expensive.
New HOA Committees & Volunteers
We have established two new committees to help us better serve the neighborhood and give residents more opportunities to get involved:
- Social & Welcome Committee — Focused on neighborhood events, community engagement, and welcoming new residents.
- Safety Committee/ARC — Focused on neighborhood safety, covenant awareness, and helping maintain the standards of our community.
We already have residents who have stepped up to lead both committees, but we would love additional volunteers! If you have an interest in either committee and would like to contribute your time or ideas, we strongly encourage you to get involved.
Perimeter Vinyl Fence Repairs
The HOA is currently working to repair and replace damaged vinyl fence pickets along the perimeter of the neighborhood. This is one of several maintenance items we are actively working to address.
If your property backs up to the HOA perimeter fence, please take a moment to inspect your landscaping. Trees, bushes, shrubs, vines, and other vegetation should be trimmed back so they are not touching, leaning against, or placing pressure on the vinyl fence.
Keeping landscaping properly trimmed will help protect the fence and prevent unnecessary damage. Please be aware that if a homeowner’s landscaping causes damage to the vinyl fence or fence pickets, the homeowner will be responsible for the cost of repairing that damage.
We appreciate everyone helping us protect and maintain this shared neighborhood asset!
HOA Rules & CCR Reminder
As a friendly reminder, the graphic below highlights our existing HOA rules and CCR requirements. We encourage everyone to take a few minutes to review it, even if you have lived in Lone Oak Park for many years.
Our goal is not simply enforcement—we want to make sure homeowners are aware of the standards we all agreed to as members of the community and have an easy resource to reference. If you have questions about a rule or CCR requirement, please reach out to us. We are happy to help clarify anything that may be confusing.
