Lone Oak Park is a residential community in Edmond, Oklahoma. The Lone Oak Park Homeowners Association works on behalf of homeowners to maintain Association common areas, administer the community’s governing documents, support responsible stewardship of Association resources, and help preserve the quality and character of our neighborhood.
The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the homeowners. Board members and homeowner volunteers work together through committees and community activities to address neighborhood needs and help make Lone Oak Park a welcoming and well-maintained place to live.
Your HOA Board
The Lone Oak Park Homeowners Association is governed by a five-member volunteer Board of Directors elected by the homeowners. The current Board, which took office June 30, 2026, includes:
- Cory Stidger — President
- Roy Wood — Vice President
- Doug Dowler — Treasurer
- Alexa Stidger — Secretary
- Mark Hansen — At-Large Board Member
The Board is responsible for overseeing the Association’s finances and common property, administering the governing documents, supporting neighborhood maintenance and improvements, and conducting the business of the Association. Board members work with homeowner committees and volunteers to address community needs and plan for the long-term interests of Lone Oak Park.
Committees & Community Involvement
Lone Oak Park depends on homeowners who are willing to share their time, experience, and ideas. The Board uses committees and volunteer teams to involve residents in the work of the Association and to help address neighborhood needs.
Architectural Review Committee
Reviews homeowner requests for exterior improvements and changes in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and established review procedures. The committee helps homeowners understand the process and promotes fair and consistent review of requests.
Welcome & Hospitality Committee
Welcomes new residents to Lone Oak Park and helps strengthen connections among neighbors. The committee also coordinates neighborhood social activities and community events.
Additional Opportunities to Serve
As neighborhood needs develop, the Board expects to create additional committees or volunteer teams. Potential areas include Common Areas & Grounds, supporting the care and improvement of Association-maintained property, and Communications, helping with the website, homeowner information, and community updates. Residents interested in volunteering are encouraged to contact the HOA. No special expertise is required—just an interest in helping our neighborhood.
Working With Our Neighboring Communities
Lone Oak Park also participates in the Lone Oak Homeowners Association Network, a collaborative group connecting homeowner associations throughout the larger Lone Oak area, including Lone Oak Park, Lone Oak Point, Lone Oak Ridge, and other neighboring Lone Oak communities. Through the network, HOA leaders share information, experience, resources, and practical assistance on issues of common interest while each association remains independently governed.
