Governing Documents

These documents establish the legal and organizational framework of the Lone Oak Park Homeowners Association and define the rights and responsibilities of the Association and homeowners.

Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions

The Declaration establishes the covenants and restrictions governing properties within Lone Oak Park and defines many of the Association’s and homeowners’ rights and responsibilities.

Bylaws

The Bylaws establish how the Homeowners Association is governed, including the roles of the Board and officers, meetings, voting, elections, and other organizational procedures.

Lone Oak Park Homeowners Association, Inc. is a Domestic Not for Profit Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Policies and Procedures

Board-adopted policies and procedures provide guidance for the consistent administration of the Association and help homeowners understand how common HOA processes are handled.

Policies identified as “Coming Soon” are under development or review and have not yet been adopted by the Board.

Architectural Review Policy and Procedures

Explains the process for requesting approval of exterior changes, the information homeowners should submit, how requests are reviewed, and how decisions are communicated.

Covenant Compliance & Enforcement Policy

Describes the Association’s process for addressing potential covenant violations, including homeowner notification, opportunities to correct issues, follow-up, and enforcement actions when necessary.

Assessment & Collection Policy

Explains assessment due dates, payment expectations, late charges, delinquent-account procedures, and the steps the Association may take to collect unpaid assessments.
